Expectations and reality don't always line up and often times this can be traced back to the hype we have allowed to creep into our own minds. A biscuit shop with a great name can thrive despite a less than stellar offering, and the excitement of a drive thru liquor store can offset higher prices. A beer with a great product tie in will sell; even if it it may have received the lowest DELI rating of all time (nice try Ommegang). Movie monsters are a scary thing until you know how they are created, while a side glance of some things can be scary for another reason. Having "a guy" may be the only way to make sure your expectations are at least close to your reality, and Best Buy is banking on this.
